Your own dashboard at The Freight Hero

To be able to make a booking, you will have to register the first time. You create an account and with that you create your own customer environment. Click on Log in at the top of the page, after which you can fill in your details via the form under the heading Register. 

Additional details

When you have registered, you see, at the top right of the homepage, next to your username, an exclamation mark (see screenshot below). If you place your cursor on the exclamation mark, you see the message that your profile is not yet complete. Even without your profile being complete, you can continue to complete your booking. However, before The Freight Hero will ship your cargo, you will have to make your Profile complete.

Your Profile - Direct Representation

By placing your cursor/mouse on the exclamation mark, you can click through and you arrive in your profile, called: "Your Profile". In it you find a so-called "Authorisation for direct representation". The first time you make a booking you must authorise The Freight Hero to carry out the customs clearance for you. You can download the document (template), print it out, sign it and then upload it signed (scanned). After this, The Freight Hero will validate the representation.

Completing - Chamber of Commerce, VAT and EORI

Before The Freight Hero can make a customs declaration, you must provide a number of things. The details we need are your Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number and the EORI number.

With the button "Save" you complete your profile. You then arrive in the Booking module.
